No matter the problem, big or small, a technician will come to your house and work on your computer. Most support companies charge premiums for working late and for coming to your house. Not us. In fact, there are NO travel fees or extra hourly charges for on-site computer repair. At Carolina PC HELP!, we believe that you should receive the same quality work for a great low price, whether we're at you're home or not. *Note--in some cases, your computer may have a problem that cannot be repaired on-site. In these special circumstances, we will take your computer offsite to finish the repair and then return the repaired computer to you. Once again, at the same hourly rate with NO travel fees.
